Ben Askren is a two-time NCAA Champion, four-time NCAA finalist, and 2008 Olympian whose career helped redefine how wrestling could look—and how far it could go.
Askren competed for the University of Missouri, where he won the Hodge Trophy and became one of the most dominant and unconventional wrestlers of his era. He later transitioned into MMA, becoming a world champion in both Bellator and ONE Championship before joining the UFC.
Askren is also a coach, commentator, and founder of Askren Wrestling Academy, continuing to influence the sport across generations.
